En el antiguo complejo de la fábrica de tejidos (Buntweberei), Artemide ha iluminado los espacios con maestría. El Hotel Loom, de diseño industrial, cuenta con un sky bar que ofrece cócteles con vista a la ciudad. El histórico Kesselhaus alberga eventos corporativos y privados. El Nice Fitness and Spa Club promueve el bienestar. El desarrollador del proyecto, Filippo Salvia, trasladó la sede de su empresa a esta área, implementando el concepto de "New Work" en las oficinas. Artemide proporcionó una iluminación vibrante y dinámica, mejorando la experiencia de los visitantes del complejo.
